What we collect

If you create an account: your name, username, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). If you use Workout features: which exercises you've favorited and any weekly workout plan you save. If you post a remedy or a community discussion: whatever content you choose to write and submit.

We do not collect payment information (there is no paid tier today), and we do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To run your account (logging you in, verifying your email), to show your own favorites and workout plan back to you, and to display remedies/posts you choose to share publicly with other members. Submitted content is passed through automated moderation to catch obviously harmful text before it's visible to others.

What we share

We don't sell your personal information. Transactional emails (like verifying your address) are sent through Resend, our email provider. The app is hosted on Vercel, which — like any hosting provider — processes standard web request logs (IP address, browser type) as part of serving the site.

Your choices

You can edit or remove content you've posted, and you can contact us to request your account and associated data be deleted.
